Product Specialist Jacob's Mitsubishi Wesley Chapel, FL Pay: $15.00$17.00 per hour Join the Jacob's Mitsubishi Team! Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Learn and demonstrate Mitsubishi vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle selection and purchase process.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional buying experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Work closely with management and the finance department to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Meet individual and team performance goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. What We Offer
