With a reputation built on quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and experienced sales professional. Summary We are seeking a driven Meat and Seafood Sales Representative with at least 2 years proven experience in meat and or seafood sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities within Northen New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the territory
• Present and promote meat and seafood products to clients highlighting quality, sourcing and value
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teas to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain up to date records of client interactions and sales activity
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in meat and or seafood sales
• Strong knowledge of meat and seafood products including cuts, grading, sourcing and seasonal availability
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive sales environment
• Self - motivated with a strong work ethic and results driven mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

• Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000 based on experience
• Commission structure for additional earning potential
