Exclusive Sales Role | Stable Base Pay + Monthly Bonus A Rare Opportunity - We are a growing Buy Here Pay Here dealership seeking one exceptional Automotive Sales Consultant to lead the customer sales experience at our dealership. This is not a typical dealership sales job. This is a single-seat sales position, meaning no competition with other salespeople. You will be the primary sales professional responsible for helping customers select vehicles and guiding them through the buying process. We are looking for someone who values professionalism, consistency, and the opportunity to grow with a dealership long term.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and appointment customers
• Guide customers through vehicle selection
• Build trust with buyers who may have credit challenges
• Collect application information and required documentation
• Submit deal packages to underwriting for approval
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Compensation

Base pay + Commission! Typical earnings range $50,000 $75,000+ annually depending on performance. This compensation structure rewards consistent performance while still providing a stable base income. What We're Looking For
