Step Into a High-Impact Sales Role On Target Staffing is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outbound Sales Representative to expand our client base across the 5 boroughs of NYC. This is a true Hunter Role designed for someone who thrives on building business, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Whether you come from staffing or a related industry, if you bring strong business development skills, confidence in front of clients, and the drive to winwe want to speak with you. You'll be supported by a structured onboarding and training program , giving you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed quickly while making an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Drive New Business: Prospect, network, cold call, and meet clients in person to generate new opportunities
• Build Meaningful Relationships: Partner with decision-makers to understand their workforce challenges and deliver solutions
• Own the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closing deals and launching client partnerships
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with recruiting and operations to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
• Grow Accounts: Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling
• Be a Problem Solver: Help clients improve hiring efficiency and workforce scalability
• Manage Your Pipeline: Stay organized and results-driven using CRM tools and consistent activity What We're Looking For
• Experience in B2B sales (staffing, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries preferred)
• Experience in leading a Full-Sales Cycle , from Lead Generation to Close
• Proven ability to generate new business and build accounts from the ground up
• A true Hunter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Confidence in Outbound Sales phone, in-person, and networking
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Coachable, adaptable , and eager to grow
• Comfortable working in the field and representing the company professionally What You'll Get
