Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Talk with customers over the phone and help them find the best exterior home services for their needs.
• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers who have shown interest.
• Use a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused approach during every conversation.
• Learn about the company's products, services, and industry to confidently answer customer questions.
• Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Build trust with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Explain the value and benefits of our services in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Turn customer inquiries into sales by using effective sales techniques.
• Keep track of potential customers and follow up with them as needed.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Required Experience:
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• 2+ years of call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Computer skills and internet navigation
