Sales Associate Lakeshore RV Center in Muskegon Location: Muskegon MI Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Growing RV Team! We are seeking to expand our RV Sales Team! Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with buying decisions and guide them through the sales process
• Help customers select the RV that best fits their needs and advise on towing requirements
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used RVs
• Present and sell value-added options and accessories
• Write up deals to present to the sales manager
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
• Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote inventory, share content, and attract potential buyers
• Manage your own leads, follow-ups, and appointments both in-person and online
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For:
• A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
• Coachable and eager to learn we'll train the right person
• Comfortable using social media and appearing on camera
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, positive attitude with a drive to succeed
• Previous auto or RV sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Backgrounds in retail, business-to-business sales, or customer service are also encouraged to apply
