• The Carballo Agencies is hiring a driven, experienced sales professional for an in-office producer seat. If you want a role with real lead flow, proven systems, a guaranteed base, and uncapped earning potential, we'll set you up to win. Who We're Looking For
• This is a professional, phone-focused sales role not retail or transactional sales. To be a fit, you'll have one of the following:
• At least 2 years of insurance sales experience, or
• 3+ years in a professional sales role phone-based or consultative selling (financial services, B2B, telesales, mortgage, real estate, or similar).
• You're comfortable working the phones all day, you know how to manage a pipeline, and you ask for the close. If you've carried a quota and hit it, we want to talk.

Compensation

• $50,000 base salary, guaranteed plus uncapped commission.
• Average first-year total compensation: $72,000$105,000, depending on performance.
• Commission is uncapped there's no ceiling on what you can earn above that range.
• The recent Allstate repricing in NJ means stronger close rates and a more achievable path to those numbers. We also invest up to $2,000 per month in marketing per producer to help you succeed.
• Licensing
• Don't need to be licensed to apply, but you'll need an active NJ Property & Casualty license to sell. This position is contingent on obtaining your NJ P&C; license before your start date. We provide study materials and support, and candidates who move with urgency on licensing thrive here. (If you're already licensed, even better you'll ramp faster.) Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience at an agency or carrier or 3 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of writing new business not just servicing existing accounts
• Comfortable completing quality conversations, quotes and sales as per goals daily
• Strong phone presence and closing instinct
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented in an office environment
• Comfortable with Allstate or willing to ramp quickly on the carrier
• Life & Health license a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Writing new personal lines business by working fresh outbound leads daily
• Making consistent outbound calls to prospects from our lead sources
• Quoting and closing auto, home, umbrella, and bundled policies
• Account rounding with existing clients to deepen household relationships
• Managing your own pipeline and book of business
• Working within Allstate's carrier systems and underwriting guidelines
• Maintaining accurate documentation in our agency management system
• Hitting daily/weekly/monthly production & key performance activity goals
