It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing! We are looking for an experienced Bobarista to take the next step in their career by becoming a Bobarista Trainer! In this role, you'll not only craft delicious drinks but also assist new business owners with creating their menu, introduce company products, share professional advice, and help drive sales through great service and expert recommendations. This is an entry-level position, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote company's products.
• Provide training and guidance to customers to facilitate the start of their business.
• Deliver excellent customer service when addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Order processing and fulfillment tasks.
• Monitor sales trends and share insights with management to drive product and promotional improvements.
• Office administrative tasks as needed. Skills
• Proven experience as a bobarista or in a similar food/beverage service role
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and promote products
• Critical thinking
• Chinese Bilingual Experience:
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• bubble tea shop: 1 year (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
