Job Summary

The Business Development Center Representative plays a crucial role in driving growth and fostering relationships within our organization. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team through strategic planning and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics to effectively contribute to our business development efforts.

Duties

As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities. Your primary duties will include: BDC Sales experience is a huge plus Motivated self starter Excellent telephone communication skills Excellent grammar and email composition skills Computer skills are a must (Excel, CRM, Mastermind, etc.) Ability to work well in a team atmosphere Strong commitment to customer follow-up Clear and concise verbal communication skills Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while promptly addressing and following up on customer inquiries through phone and online channels. Identify customer needs Set appointments for customer visits Follow up with customers after their visit Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Previous experience in sales, outside sales, or retail sales - Automotive sales experience is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable - Strong math skills for retail calculations - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
