Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Manage dealership inventory, ensuring accurate records of available vehicles.
• Utilize effective sales strategies such as upselling and cold calling to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent phone etiquette during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract potential buyers.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and inventory management tasks as needed. Skills
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record in outside sales or dealership environments.
• Excellent math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
• Proficient in inventory control and management practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques is highly desirable.
