Position Summary

Crown Motors in Holland, MI has an opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our staff! We are seeking a self-motivated candidate with, preferably, at least 6 months of auto sales experience. Responsibilities

include (but may not be limited to):

• Welcoming floor traffic and assisting customers viewing our inventory
• Guiding customers through the buying process with clear communication and transparency
• Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Working with the sales team to achieve monthly goals
• Developing your business clientele by working with our CRM to drive traffic
• Continued training on products and innovative sales and customer service techniques Qualified Applicants should:
• Possess at least 6 months of automotive sales experience
• Experience with customer relationship management tools
• Detail oriented and Process driven
• Team player with a competitive spirit In order to be eligible for hire, you must pass pre-employment requirements: a valid driver's license with a clean record, pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
