What You'll Do

• Make 80+ outbound cold calls per day to retailers and distributors
• Perform field visits to local smoke shops and retail accounts
• Send follow-up emails and manage your outreach funnel
• Represent the brand at industry trade shows (some weekends required)
• Update CRM daily with lead notes, follow-ups, and status changes
• Collaborate with marketing and brand ambassadors to grow your territory
• Learn and present our product line with confidence What We're Looking For
• Outgoing personality and natural communicator
• Strong cold calling and lead follow-up skills
• Previous experience with CRM tools
• Basic comfort with Instagram and Facebook for business
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work occasional weekends for events or shows Bonus if you have:
• Experience in vape, smoke shop or business to business CPG sales
• Experience with using nicotine vape products
