Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their shopping experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and managing the cash drawer with precision
• Assist with sales activities by promoting products, upselling when appropriate, and achieving sales goals
• Support store operations through data entry, inventory management, and maintaining organized displays
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and financial software entries to ensure accuracy
• Contribute to loan processing and collections activities by providing excellent customer service and supporting financial documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to cash handling procedures and retail math standards

Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with auto sales environments is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and financial calculations
• Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software is a plus
• Knowledge of lending processes or loan collections is preferred but not required
• Must be reliable with a strong attention to detail in cash management and retail math tasks Pay: $31,532.80 - $55,000.00 per year
