Regional Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish Preferred) Colonial Life | St. Augustine / St. Johns County, FL Join a Growing Team Making a Difference Colonial Life is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team serving St. Augustine and St. Johns County. Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. An active Florida Health & Life Insurance License is preferred, but we are willing to speak with highly motivated individuals who are interested in obtaining their license. What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
• Meet with business owners to educate them on Colonial Life's voluntary employee benefit solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct professional benefit presentations for employers and employees.
• Work closely with clients to identify their needs and recommend customized benefit solutions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and company technology.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve territory growth goals.

Qualifications

• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
• Active Florida Health & Life Insurance License preferred
• Sales experience in insurance, B2B sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable prospecting and networking within the local community
• Organized with excellent time management skills
