Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Valid driver's license with a good driving record Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs Communicate with customers in person, online, and by phone Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process Learn and stay up to date on Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram vehicles Follow up with customers to build relationships and earn repeat business Maintain product knowledge and dealership standards

Compensation
