Also we have medicare! This position is for the person that has managerial desires or experience. These agents has the capability to manage a team and help find the best in other agents. A Team Lead in Training job is to learn how to manage a team train properly to be successful. Agency Ownership is possibility for agent who want to move pass Manager! We help train and guide We will help grow your skills in the following: Strong Sales Skills and practices to make an elite agency Develop effective customer service skills to service existing clients Proficient Managerial knowledge to manage a team of agents Our Culture: We have a competitive culture where winning together is the standard. • Collecting referrals and cross selling products
• Explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Hit monthly self chosen goals
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
