Senior Insurance Brokers helps seniors and families make confident decisions about Medicare, life insurance, annuities and retirement planning. We're a family-run agency based in Fort Worth, TX with a client-first mission and supportive culture. Our agents educate and advise not pressure so clients choose the coverage that truly fits their needs. Work arrangement: This is a hybrid, field-based position, not a traditional work-from-home role. Agents spend time in our Fort Worth office for training, meetings and support, and also travel to meet with clients in their homes. Some appointments may be conducted virtually when appropriate. What you'll do:

• Learn our proven process through paid training and mentorship from top-performing agents.
• Conduct phone outreach to schedule appointments with warm leads and referrals.
• Meet clients in their homes (and occasionally virtually) to explain Medicare options, life insurance, annuities and retirement solutions.
• Guide clients in selecting coverage that fits their needs and budget.
• Follow up using our CRM and leads system to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction. What we provide:
• Paid training and licensing support, including reimbursement for approved pre-licensing course and exam costs after 45 days of being actively contracted with SIB.
• Warm leads and marketing support no cold-calling lists.
• Uncapped commission structure. First-year income potential $60,000+; top performers $100,000+.
• Mentorship and ongoing coaching from experienced agents and managers.
• Flexible, hybrid field schedule that combines in-office training and support in Fort Worth with local client appointments. What we're looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus).
• Ability to obtain a Texas insurance license. Approved pre-licensing course and exam costs are reimbursed after 45 days of being actively contracted with SIB.
• Comfortable with commission-based income and motivated by performance.
• Strong communication skills and empathy; you enjoy educating and helping people.
