Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sales Manager in Anaheim, CA area! The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Mainstream West sales team across retail and distributor accounts across the Western U.S. This position will have 3 sales representatives reporting to it, each with a different channel focus.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies and activities to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
• Lead and support the sales team, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight to drive results.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports, market insights, and competitive analysis to senior leadership.
• Manage and strengthen relationships within the broker network across the Western U.S. region.
• Monitor accounts receivable within the sales portfolio, identifying and escalating overdue balances or potential risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members to ensure successful integration and performance.

Requirements

:

• 5+ years sales experience in the food industry
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth
• Experience working with food distributors, retailers, and brokers
