Duties

• Exploring the needs of every customer and recommend the best products and services that meets the customer's expectations
• Providing the best customer in-store experience
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solution for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc.
• Marketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Total Wireless
• Executing daily store operations and procedure

Requirements

• Competitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work among co-workers and store leaders by learning and sharing best sales practice while helping customers
• No sales experience needed in wireless retail industry but preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
