Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related customer- facing role. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele. Strong communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications. A genuine desire to help others find the right insurance solutions.
