Full description of the position

Support Maxta's business development and partnership efforts across US and Asia-Pacific markets. You will assist in partner outreach, proposal preparation, market research, and client relationship management.

What You Will Do

Research and identify potential technology partners and enterprise clients Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and business documentation Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with partners (Axiomtek, industrial clients) Maintain CRM and track partnership pipeline Support DC Summit and industry event logistics Translate and localize business materials (EN ZH) Assist CEO with business travel coordination and client communications

Requirements

1-3 years in business development, sales support, or operations Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) written and verbal Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, presentation software Interest in enterprise technology and AI industry Willingness to travel between US and Asia Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
