Area Operations & Sales Manager (Multi-Location Retail) Location: Las Vegas Strip Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25.00$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses Lead. Coach. Grow Sales. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Area Operations & Sales Manager to oversee 78 retail locations on the Las Vegas Strip. Our stores specialize in souvenirs, custom apparel, and specialty socks , and we're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This is NOT an office position. Your office is our stores. You'll spend your day traveling between locations, coaching teams, solving problems, improving operations, and driving sales. What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of 78 retail locations.
• Travel between stores throughout the day to support managers and staff.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop store managers and sales associates.
• Drive sales, improve customer service, and increase store performance.
• Ensure stores are clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually merchandised.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain daily communication with ownership and store management.
• Analyze sales trends, labor, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve results.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven success in increasing sales and managing retail operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable traveling between multiple store locations throughout each shift.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience
