Job Description

: Management Group is urgently hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our team representing a major national telecommunications provider across New Jersey. We have immediate openings and are looking to fill these roles quickly. In this role, you will engage directly with customers in their communities, providing them with information on telecommunications services and helping them select the right plan for their needs. This is a direct, in-person sales role not a call center position. This is also a development opportunity. We invest in our team members from day one, with structured training and a defined path toward team lead and management positions for those who perform well and want to grow.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with prospective customers in assigned territories
• Represent our client's brand professionally and accurately
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer:
