Duties

• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs
• Assist clients with product or service information, guiding them through processes with clarity and patience
• Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client services and share insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
• Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
