Welcome to join us JOB SUMMARY: The Key Holder/ Retail Sales Associate will be our brands ambassador to ensure our quality standards are maintained and continues. The ideal candidate will be ready to help with a variety of duties, working on the front lines to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for our customers DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be passionate about our brands products and services
• Deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers. Maintains a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer's expectations.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom, clean and restocking products throughout the day.
• Responsible for maintaining smooth process of cash registration and payment process.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide it to the store manager by end of their shift.
• Protect store assets by ensuring proper security policies and procedures are implemented.
• Be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events
• Serve as a key holder, responsible for opening and/or closing the store as needed.
• Ensure the security of the store and adherence to opening/closing procedures.
• Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
• Perform other duties assigned by store manager. Your Characteristics:
• Must be 18 years of age
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
• A High School diploma is required higher is plus
• Bilingual is plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Familiar with POS system
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Knowledge of store retail practices and concepts.
• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and as a part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. Company
