• New Jersey Property & Casualty License is required
• 2+ years of sales experience is required
• 1 Year Insurance Experience is required
• Self Starter
• Experience with Prospecting, Networking and New Business Development
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Spanish Speaking a Plus
• Excellent Organization Skill

What You'll Do

• Drive new business growth through inside sales, prospecting and networking
• Leverage carrier options to win and retain clients
• Complete Applications while ensuring each risk meets our standards and the standards of the carriers we represent.
• Customer Service - Superior Service by promptly responding to our customers inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Management of Renewals Job Type: Permanent Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
