Requirements

• Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to work weekends and high-traffic periods
• Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a structured process
• 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred not required
• Automotive experience is a plus. Discipline and work ethic are the real requirements.
