Overview

The Appliance Sales Associate plays a key role in helping customers choose the right home appliances by offering product expertise, attentive service, and a smooth purchasing experience. This role blends customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance in a fastpaced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor by greeting them, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable appliances.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on features, specifications, warranties, and energy efficiency.
• Demonstrate appliances and explain differences between models to help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing options, promotions, and protection plans.
• Maintain an organized sales floor by ensuring displays are clean, stocked, and accurately labeled.
• Collaborate with delivery and installation teams to schedule services and ensure customer satisfaction. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience:
