We're looking for a motivated inside sales professional to help grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Assist customers in selecting the right roofing and siding products for their projects.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders.
• Coordinate with production to ensure orders are manufactured accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Follow up on quotes and maintain ongoing customer communication.
• Stay knowledgeable about metal roofing products, colors, trims and accessories.
• Represent the company professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, especially in building materials, construction, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and varied software.
