Full description of the position

• Team Management: Hire, train, and evaluate service technicians and service advisors to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns, handle complaints, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Financial Management: Track departmental budget, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Compliance: Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal automotive regulations regarding sales.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on department performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Customer service expertise
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
