Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Promote and sell retail products, financial services, or loan options with confidence and professionalism
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
• Maintain knowledge of store inventory, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers
• Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, loan processing, or account updates using financial software
• Support loan collections efforts by following established procedures and maintaining customer relationships
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Incorporate the following core responsibilities into the job description: proactively upsell products, provide accurate price quotes, and drive the sales of accessories and insurance plans.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience in banking or financial services is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Ability to handle cash drawer operations, cash management, and cashiering duties accurately
