In-Home + Showroom | Kitchens & Bathrooms Location: Eastern Shore, MD + surrounding areas The Role We are hiring Kitchen, Bath & Closet Sales and Design Consultants to work with homeowners on kitchen and bathroom projects from initial consultation through sale. Our work includes:

• Kitchen remodeling and cabinetry
• Bath systems (Acrylic, Stone, Tile)
• Custom Closet This role combines client consultation, design input, and sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes and in our showroom
• Understand project goals, layout, and budget
• Guide customers through design options and material selections
• Prepare and present proposals
• Follow up and close projects
• Maintain organized notes and communication with clients What We're Looking For
• Experience in sales, design, or remodeling (kitchen/bath/closet preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow up consistently
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation

• Base / draw available based on experience
• Commission on closed projects
• Growth opportunity as volume increases Additional Notes
• Leads will be a mix of company-generated and self-generated
• This role will evolve as marketing and lead flow expand
