Duties

• Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Engage in B2B sales efforts through cold calling, networking events, and targeted outreach to build a robust sales pipeline
• Conduct high-end sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and maintain detailed records of client interactions
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach
• Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients across various channels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to close high-end deals effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM software, retail math, inventory management, and inventory control systems
• Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence
• Experience in dealership or retail sales environments is a plus
