Position Summary

Omega Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail- oriented Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to service and grow our personal lines book of business. The ideal candidate will hold an active New Jersey Property & Casualty License and possess strong communication, customer service, and sales skills and must speak Spanish. This position is responsible for quoting, servicing, renewing, and retaining personal insurance accounts while delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with Omega's commitment to First Call Resolution and operational excellence. Required License

• Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Additional state licenses a plus (PA, NY, FL) Primary ResponsibilitiesSales & New Business
• Quote and bind new personal lines policies.
• Cross-sell additional coverages and products.
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Present coverage recommendations professionally and ethically. Account Management
• Service existing client accounts.
• Process policy changes and endorsements.
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment options.
• Review renewals and remarket when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records in QQ Catalyst. Customer Service
• Deliver First Call Resolution whenever possible.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients on coverage options and policy benefits.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Retention & Renewals
• Review upcoming renewals proactively.
• Contact clients before renewal dates.
• Present renewal options and coverage improvements.
• Assist in preventing policy cancellations and lapses. Claims Support
• Assist clients in reporting claims.
• Collect necessary claim information.
• Direct clients to carriers and adjusters when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Update CRM activities and notes.
• Process carrier requests and underwriting requirements.
