Duties

of a Verizon Sales Associate:

• Engage with potential customers daily, introducing products and services with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Learn the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, following a structured and proven process.
• Build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Present product features and benefits in a way that's simple, relatable, and tailored to each customer's needs.
• Meet with customers to provide consultations, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Follow up with warm leads, nurture interest, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Track customer interactions, update account details, and manage your personal sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Verizon Sales Associate Qualities:
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Customer service experience and skills is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
