Marketing Representative Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000$75,000 per year Location: Fort Worth and Arlington areas We are seeking a dependable and outgoing Field Patient Care Coordinator to join our orthopedic and pain management practice. This is a field-based position that involves traveling throughout the Fort Worth and Arlington areas, visiting attorney offices, building professional relationships, and sharing information about our services and locations. The right candidate will be organized, professional, comfortable meeting new people, and able to communicate consistently with our clinic team.

Responsibilities

• Visit attorney offices throughout the Fort Worth and Arlington areas
• Build and maintain professional relationships with attorneys, case managers, and office staff
• Provide information about our practice, services, and locations
• Gather case-related information and communicate updates to clinic staff
• Maintain accurate reports of office visits, contacts, and information collected
• Manage brochures and other marketing materials
• Follow up with offices and assist with resolving concerns
• Promote the practice in a professional manner
• Attend networking events and business functions when needed
• Support patient satisfaction and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth and Arlington area
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Professional, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic computer skills
• Marketing experience preferred
• Personal injury or medical field experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Flexible availability, including occasional events outside regular business hours The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
