We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service while actively driving sales growth. Duties

• Engage with customers in person, over via in person understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining good relationships with the customers
• Appropriately greet our customers
• Maintain positive relationships with our previous and new customers
• Assisting & educating customers on products available
• Make recommendations and assist with company policies
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer needs are met
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases more effectively
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtento clearly convey complex insurance concepts and benefits
