Overview

We are a well-established commercial plumbing wholesale distributor in Chamblee, GA looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will serve as a key customer contact, with responsibility for recommending plumbing parts and equipment solutions for the customers' needs.

• Hours are M-F 7:30-4:30
• Working cooperatively with team members maintain inventory and sales standards
• Engage with customers at the counter to understand their needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and upsell additional products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

/ Skills:

• Have excellent organizational skills and pay attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Be able to lift packages up to 70 pounds
• Bilingual Spanish/English is not required but very helpful
• Mechanically inclined
• Most importantly, you need to deliver high quality customer service and professionalism, establish sales by serving walk-in and call-in customers.

Compensation

• Salary plus quarterly sales bonus Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
