About Kish Enclosures Kish Enclosures Inc. is a specialty contractor based in Jacksonville, building pool and patio screen enclosures, Florida rooms, composite roof structures, structural gutters, pavers, retractable screens awnings and motorized LouveRoof pergolas. We're a growing, family-run company not a massive outfit, but one with a real sales process, a real production system, and real plans to expand. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in. The Role We're looking for an in-home sales consultant to run scheduled consultations with homeowners, walk the property, recommend the right product direction, and close the deal using a sales process we've already built and continue to sharpen as a team. You'll qualify the homeowner, assess the site, present the proposal, and either close on the spot or hand off cleanly to our design office for more complex jobs. What you'll do

• Run in-home consultations, qualify the homeowner and any other decision-makers, and identify their goals
• Walk the property and determine the right product path lanai, pool enclosure, Florida room, rescreen, or combination
• Capture accurate measurements, site conditions, and required photos on every visit
• Present proposals and walk customers through payment terms, HOA process, and warranty
• Handle common objections using our established talking points
• Close on-site when appropriate, or hand off fully-documented leads to our design team for quoted jobs
• Keep customers informed through permitting, then hand off cleanly to our Production Manager once the build begins What we're looking for
• Prior in-home or consultative sales experience home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling background is a real plus, and someone who's already sold in this space could hit the ground running
• Comfortable working independently and driving to appointments across Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau counties
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly without pressure tactics
• Detail-oriented enough to fully complete a site intake form and photo checklist on every visit

Compensation

• Base salary plus 10% commission on signed contracts, paid in two installments: half when the job clears permitting and enters production, half upon final completion payment
• No commission clawbacks once a job enters production, what you've earned is yours
• Uncapped earning potential as we scale production and close more jobs, your opportunity grows with us
