Full description of the position

MJ MGMT Group is seeking a Verizon Solutions Representative to join our team in Tampa. In this role, you will help customers evaluate their current internet and mobile service and identify the right combination of Verizon Fios, wireless, and bundled solutions to meet their needs. You will begin with comprehensive training covering Verizon's full range of services. Once trained, you will engage directly with customers, ask relevant questions to understand their connectivity needs, and recommend solutions that provide genuine value. Core

Responsibilities

for the Verizon Solutions Representative:

  • Meet with customers to assess their current internet and mobile service and identify areas for improvement
  • Recommend the appropriate combination of Verizon Fios, wireless, and bundled services based on customer needs
  • Present plan options and pricing clearly, ensuring customers understand their choices before making a decision
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth setup
  • Follow up with customers after enrollment to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding questions
