Duties

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide feedback to the team to improve results.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their needs effectively.
• Maintain an organized store environment, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
