Job Description

: As an Executive Assistant at Larry Spacc GMC, you will support your team by providing outstanding service to customers. You will assist in various sales processes, help maintain a welcoming dealership environment, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

: - Assist specific sales representatives in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups. - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership, providing them with information and support. - Help maintain the showroom and vehicle displays to ensure a clean and attractive environment. - Assist in preparing sales documents, including purchase agreements and financing applications. - Coordinate and schedule test drives and customer appointments. - Provide product knowledge and information to customers about vehicles and services. - Support marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional activities. - Perform administrative tasks as needed to help the sales team achieve their objectives.

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred, ideally in the automotive industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or related field is a plus.
