Job Description

Life Insurance Sales Professional Join a growing team where your success is driven by your effort. Not by quotas, territories, or cold calling. We are seeking motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to help families protect their financial future through life insurance solutions. In this face to face, relationship-based sales role, you'll meet with qualified prospects who have already requested information about life insurance through our in- house marketing system. Your focus is on helping clients find the right coverage, not spending your time searching for leads. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential. New agents commonly earn $75,000$90,000 in their first year, while top performers regularly exceed six figures annually. Your income is based entirely on your production, giving you complete control over your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified prospects who have requested information about life insurance products
• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each client's goals and coverage needs
• Educate clients on available options and recommend personalized solutions
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and pipeline while achieving sales goals
• Develop and grow your own book of business What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly disciplined
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Florida Life Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with company support
