Automotive Sales Consultant Paid Training $100K+ Potential Karp Automotive is hiring motivated Sales Consultants to join our Kia, Volvo, and pre-owned sales team in Rockville Centre. We are a family-owned dealership group with strong customer traffic, a large new and pre-owned inventory, and a professional, supportive sales environment. We provide paid training, quality leads, and the tools needed to build a successful long-term career in automotive sales. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-up communication
• Explain vehicle features, leasing, financing, and ownership benefits
• Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activity
• Assist with paperwork, vehicle delivery, and the overall customer experience
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
