As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced Sales Reps to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Focus : Engage with inbound & outbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers, selling 80% Auto, 15% Home and 5% Commercial insurance policies.
• Lead Management : Manage and track sales leads, following up diligently to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• High Call Volume : Handle a high volume of calls daily, providing accurate quotes and answering leads sms/ inquiries efficiently. What We're Looking For:
• Experience in Sales Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with utilizing & updating CRM's and Google Chrome/Google Chat is essential for managing your leads and internal communication between agents efficiently.
• Motivation & Ambition: Drive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Schedule:
