We are in search of a Sales Associate with potential growth opportunities in a stable and positive environment. Our Sales Associates are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. Most importantly, this position entails selling memberships and upselling services and gift cards to our clients. You MUST have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE with excellent COMMUNICATION and SALES skills to join our team! Pay:

• $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour + Commission
• We offer generous compensation/commission for sales results on top of hourly wages earned. Bonus is also awarded several times a year for sales challenges as well as points which are awarded weekly and can be used towards product and or services!

• Must be flexible in schedule
• Prior spa experience a plus but not necessary
• Must be coach-able, confident and comfortable in sales environment
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetics
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Computer knowledge
