Responsibilities

:

• Accurately document client information including, but not limited to address, billing information, product needs, preferences etc.
• To boost client retention, keep track of industry client service and sales trends.
• Work with the sales support team to follow up with client needs.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by developing and delivering customized health, life, and disability insurance product recommendations utilizing active listening abilities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns.
