Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services within the store
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions, including financial services or banking products when applicable
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques, ensuring proper cash register procedures
• Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or loan processing inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays Skills
• Must have Valid Motorcycle License
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote additional products effectively
• Basic math proficiency, including retail math and cash handling skills such as 10 key typing
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems preferred
• Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
• Experience with loan processing or financial transactions is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
