Duties

: - Assist clients in buying and selling homes and land - Provide guidance on fair housing regulations to clients - Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders - Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients

Requirements

: - Experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of fair housing regulations is a plus - Ability to understand the real estate market dynamics - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Strong negotiation skills - Administrative and organization skills MUST BE LICENSED or soon to be licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Associate Broker. This is a 100% commission 1099 position. Although remote, MUST RESIDE IN EL PASO COUNTY COLORADO. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $31,200.00 - $81,216.00 per year
