Responsibilities

• Represent Verizon FiOS professionally while creating positive and engaging face-to-face customer interactions.
• Educate customers on Verizon FiOS products, internet speeds, service features, and available promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their household and lifestyle.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing, service options, and installation expectations.
• Collaborate with other Sales Team Members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals.
